ABOUT
Madisonville Mission Ministries (MMM), in partnership with Keep Cincinnati Beautiful (KCB), First Generation Leaders of America, and the City of Cincinnati, is leading a youth-powered community beautification project focused on the Madisonville and Kennedy Heights neighborhoods. This initiative is designed to enhance curb appeal and improve the exterior of local homes through hands-on projects that build pride, safety, and unity.
Project Focus
-
Youth-Led Beautification: Local teens will participate in meaningful service by completing external-only home improvement tasks such as:
-
Light carpentry (e.g., porch and step repairs)
-
Exterior painting
-
Landscaping and yard cleanup
-
Fence repairs
-
General curbside enhancements
-
-
No Interior Work: All projects are strictly limited to the outside of homes to ensure safety and focus on visible neighborhood transformation.
-
Empowering Youth and Community: Guided by adult mentors and skilled volunteers, youth will gain hands-on experience while helping uplift their neighborhoods.
-
Enhancing Community Safety and Pride: By targeting blight and improving aesthetics, the program helps create safer, more welcoming streets for all residents.
